The main ingredient
250 gr flour
400 gr margarine
6 eggs, lightly beaten
500 g dark cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
300 gr sugar
150 grams of chopped walnuts
½ tsp fine salt
How to make it
Heat the margarine over low heat until melted, take care not to boil or burn. Turn off the heat, then enter the chopped chocolate, sugar and salt, stirring until chocolate melts and sugar dissolves. Remove and allow to cool.
Pour the flour little by little and whisk the eggs. Add half of the pieces of walnut. Stir well.
Grease a baking pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts, and pour over the pan. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
Bake in the oven temperature to 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until cake cooked. Lift. Cut into pieces and serve.
